Judge throws out request to halt Dakota Access Pipeline construction

The Standing Rock and Cheyenne River Sioux have just suffered a major defeat at the hands of a federal judge -- the tribes' request for construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline to be blocked was rejected Monday afternoon.
